In-Fluence STudio Open House (2025)

  • On April 26th the new home of Fluence Arts Organization was celebrated and open to the public for the first time! Artistic Director, Kristy Clement and two special guest artists led guests in a demonstrations class. We were delighted to have Sydney Cunningham and Dylan Cunningham from Dance with Heart Studios. Both are dancers and teachers at the Adrian, MI based studio.  Kristy Clement also performed a solo dedicated to the opening of the studio

The History of Dance in Albion (2025)

Fluence Arts partnered with The Albion Historical Society to honor Missy Wyss and tell the story of the dance program at Albion College and its impact on the community. Kristy Clement told the story and showed videos from past performances. She was joined by special guest, John Parks, who had a large part in creating the dance program and returned to Albion to be part of the presentation and visit with community members, several of which took class from him in the 1980s

For the first official performance produced by Fluence Arts Organization, three guest artists joined us at the Marshall Opportunity school to perform their own choreography.  Three Case Western Reserver University students and alumni dancers, Megan Gregory, Claire Christie, and Joel Linebach performed on August 23 and 24, 2024.   Photo Credits: Captured by Corina
