- To encourage cultural, educational, economic, and community growth and development through the art of dance.
- To expose community members to examples of high-quality art and performance.
- To create outlets for up-and-coming student and professional dancers and other artists to create and perform.
- To create safe spaces for a historical and meaningful art form, Contemporary Dance, to be practiced and shared.
